1. TERMS and CONDITIONS of ACCEPTANCE
   1. An up to date vaccination certificate, containing all routine vaccinations and kennel cough, must be presented prior to dogs acceptance, and annually thereafter. It is the owners responsibility to ensure dogs vaccinations are maintained.
   2. Delivery and collection of dogs strictly by prior arrangement.
   3. Boarding fees are charged per day, or part therein of.
   4. If the dog develops any illness, injury or condition after arrival which requires treatment, then a veterinary surgeon will be called. Any associated costs will be that of the owners.
   5. In the event of a true emergency, full permission is given for the proprietor to use a local and most available vet, and to allow said vet to access dogs notes from dogs own veterinary surgery. Any associated costs will be that of the owners.
   6. If dog is not collected within 14 days of discharge date, and no communication is reached, then the proprietor will assume full responsibility for the dogs future.
   7. Dogs are boarded at the risk of the owner, and whilst every care will be taken, the proprietor shall not be liable for loss, injury or death of any dog in their care.
   8. Beloved Kennels reserve the right to refuse dog entry if vaccination certificate can not be provided, or if dog displays aggressive or hostile behaviours.
